When we take same type of foods we start feeling untesty or bothered by same type of foods but Raita is a dish which never make us un-testy and we never feel boring rather than others. We don't need have more things for made onion Raita. And its recipe are also very easy. Anyone can make it easily by reading this it recipe tutorial.

Ingredients:-

In this we will tell you What is required for make onion Raita?
1. Curd (approximately 1 liter)
2.Onion (3 onions medium size)
3. Ghee (Two table spoon)
4. Cumin seed (1 table spoon)
5. chilly powder (according to test)
6. Salt (according to test)
7. Turmeric (1/4 part of table spoon)
8. Coriander leaves chopped (two table spoon)
9. Mint leaves chopped (two table spoon)
10. Raita condiment

How to prepare onion Raita:-

In this we will tell you how to prepare onion Raita. firstly, we will take curd in a pot. We can make two type Raita:-1.Liquid type and 2. semi solid type. If you want to drink the onion Raita then make liquid and if you want to take with bite then make semi solid Raita. Recipe are same for both type Raita. If you are making semi solid then we make by curd and if you are making liquid type then we have to mesh the curd. Ok, we are telling you how to prepare onion Raita.
Firstly we will take curd (liquid or semi solid). In another pane we will prepare the onion chopped (As its requirement discussed above), Coriander chopped and Mint chopped. After that, prepared mixture (onion, coriander and mint) mix into the curd. And within that we will mix the chilly, Raita condiment and salt (according to above discussed). Now, we will prepare Ghee, cumin seeds and turmeric.        
How we will prepare Ghee, cumin seeds and turmeric:- Firstly, we will boil the ghee in the cooking spoon at medium fire. When ghee are boiling then we will mix the cumin seed. when cumin seed's color look brown then we will mix the turmeric into the ghee. After 1 or 2 minute when our cumin seed and turmeric to ripen after that we will mix the prepared condiment into prepared curd. And within we will close the pane by lid so as to the smell of cumin seed. Now, our onion Raita are prepare.
